5- Go to Step 8.
6- Assign a name.
7- Click on Save and then click on the new name of the IT policy.
8- Click on Edit IT policy.
9- Click on the Security tab.
10- Sets the drop-down list “Reset to defaults to serial when clearing” to True.
11- Click on Save all.
12- Assigns the IT policy to a BlackBerry smartphone user.
13- Select the PIN number of the BlackBerry smartphone user from Manage users and select Delete all device data and deactivate the device.
