Before restarting, you must bear in mind that you must know the PIN code of the SIM card and the unlock pattern or password of the Pop 5, since it will request it when it is turned on again.

1- First step:
Press and hold the power or unlock button on the Tecno Pop 5 until a screen with various options appears.
2- Second step:
Among the options that are displayed on the screen of the Tecno Pop 5 we choose "Restart". If a confirmation message appears, press accept.
3- Third step:
The device will turn off and on again to perform the reboot, wait a few seconds or minutes. When it is turned on again, it will request the PIN code of the SIM card and the pattern, fingerprint or unlock code.
