1- First step:
Open the list of applications on your Apple Watch Series 7 by pressing the digital crown inward. The digital crown is the wheel on the right side.
2- Second step:
Move through the menu of available applications on your Apple Watch to find the app “Settings,” it is the gray icon with the icon of a gear or cogwheel.
3- Third step:
Scroll down through the Watch Series 7 settings menu and tap on "General", it is the second available option on the Apple Watch screen, it also has the icon of a white cogwheel on a gray circle.
4- Fourth step:
The second option that appears within the general settings section is “Software Update”. Tap on this option to continue.
5- Fifth step:

6- Sixth step:
If you continue scrolling through the screen and if there is any update available to download and install, the "Download and install" button will appear. Tap on this button to continue.
7- Seventh step:
A message will appear indicating that you must accept the terms and conditions of use on the linked iPhone, press the "OK" button that appears on the screen and return to your iPhone to read and accept these terms and conditions.
8- Eighth step:
On your linked iPhone, a window will appear indicating that you must read and accept the terms and conditions of use before installing the new watchOS update.
Tap on the "Read" button and the full text will open; scroll down and if you wish, read the full text. At the very bottom right, the “Agree” button will appear, tap it to proceed with the installation of the Apple Watch update.
9- Ninth step:
You can now return to Apple Watch Series 7, you will see that the "Install" button is enabled. Make sure the watch is connected to the charger and connected to a WiFi network in order to complete the update more quickly and without issues.
Tap "Install" to start the installation.
10- Tenth step
You must keep the Apple Watch Series 7 connected to the charger and close to a WiFi network and your iPhone while the software download and installation is completed.
