Update software from Samsung Galaxy F55

1- First step:

To access the settings of the Galaxy F55, first locate the gear icon, which should appear on the device's home screen. If you don't find it there, swipe up from the bottom edge of the home screen to open the app list. In this list, you will find the system search; type "Settings".

2- Second step:

Scroll down through the settings until you find the section "Software Update", you will find it almost at the end of the settings. Tap to access.

3- Third step:

You can check if you have automatic updates download enabled via Wi-Fi. If you activate it, every time there is a new update available and your Galaxy F55 is connected to a WiFi network, the update will download automatically and you will only have to install it at the moment you decide.

4- Fourth step:

To check if there is any update available at this time, click on "Download and install", in this section it shows the date of the last update check.

5- Fifth step:

Wait a few seconds for the check for available updates to complete.

6- Sixth step:

The available software version to download will appear on the screen along with the changes that have been included in this update. Scroll down to find the "Download" button and press it to start downloading the update. If you already had the update downloaded, you can move on to point 8 of this guide.

7- Seventh step:

The download of the update files can take several hours, it will depend on the speed of your internet connection and the size of the update. You can exit and continue using your Galaxy F55 while the download is completed, once it is completed you will receive a notification, if you do not receive it, return and check the process.

If you prefer to download the update later, for example at night, press the "Later" button.

8- Eighth step:

Once the download is complete the "Install Now" button will appear.

If you prefer to install the update later, for example at night, press the "Schedule Install" button.
