In this guide we show you how to change the wallpaper on your Wiko Rainbow UP 4G. You have the option to choose between default wallpapers, both static and animated, or use photos from your gallery to personalize the home and lock screen. This guide has a total of 9 steps.
1- First step:
To access the settings on the Wiko Rainbow UP 4G, first locate the cogwheel icon, which should appear on the device's home screen. If you can't find it there, swipe up from the bottom edge of the home screen to open the list of applications. In this list you will find the system search engine; type "Settings".
2- Second step:
Scroll down through the settings until you find the "Wallpaper" section. Tap to access it.
3- Third step:
You will see the combination of lock screen and home screen wallpaper that your Wiko Rainbow UP 4G currently has. Tap on "Change wallpaper" to continue.
4- Fourth step:

Select the folder where you have the photo or image you want to set as a wallpaper. If you have downloaded the image, click on the "Downloads" folder. If it is a photo taken from the Wiko Rainbow UP 4G itself, click on "Photos".
7- Seventh step:
Tap on the image you want to set as your home screen wallpaper or lock screen wallpaper.
8- Eighth step:
You can adjust the image by zooming or moving it so that it appears in the right place on the home screen. When you are done, click on the "OK" button or the check mark that appears at the bottom right of the screen.
9- Ninth step:
A message will appear with two options: you can set the image as the wallpaper of the lock screen only or have it appear on both the home screen and the lock screen. Tap on the option you prefer.
You can go back and repeat the process to choose another photo or choose between the static and animated backgrounds that come installed on the Wiko Rainbow UP 4G for the home screen or lock screen.

There is another, faster method to directly access the wallpaper settings on your Wiko Rainbow UP 4G, but it may not be suitable for everyone as it requires having a free space without app icons on the screen and holding down the screen for a couple of seconds.
1- First step:
On your home screen, look for a space free of app icons and widgets. If you don't have any space on your main screen, swipe left to move to the secondary home screens.
Press and hold on a free space for a couple of seconds until you see a pop-up menu appear.
